When you are the cousin of the President of the United States, and you work in the State Department, its really easy to convince him that you want to open a new consulate in Sfax Tunisia, what's to stop you?
Except for a radical group, that know who you are, and wants to use you and your people as an example to the infidels.
At least your daughter Bonnie gets away, and she helps Bob and Carrol coordinate the teams to look for her father, and his team before they are all executed.
Along the way we meet Marine Captain Walton and his two Sargent's, who find and rescue Bonnie.
New members are added to team two, who took a terrible hit in Book 1.
